Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, fresh orange juice, orange zest, grated ginger, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
