  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Sift together the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, and a splash of oil until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and fold them together until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
