Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and water, stirring until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together eggs, salt, and white pepper in a separate bowl until well combined.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the whisked egg mixture, stirring gently as it cooks. Remove when slightly set.
  4. In the same skillet, add diced Spam and sear until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Sprinkle sugar over the Spam and toss gently to coat. Pour the reserved soy sauce mixture over and let it simmer.
  6. To serve, place cooked rice on each plate, topping with glazed Spam and scrambled eggs. Finish with fried garlic and green onions.
