Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. If making homemade strawberry sauce, wash and hull fresh strawberries, then cook with sugar over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft and syrupy. Cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 slice of cheesecake, and graham cracker crumbs. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth. If prepared, add 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce.
  3. Drizzle cooled strawberry sauce inside serving glasses by tilting each glass while squeezing from a bottle.
  4. Pour the blended milkshake into the decorated glasses, filling them nearly to the top.
  5. In a bowl, beat 4 ounces of cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; whip until soft peaks form.
