  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary thyme can be used as a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth opt for low-sodium
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar can swap with honey
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions adds crunch and color

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Season the lamb ribs generously with salt and pepper; sear for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the ribs, cover with foil to keep warm, and let the skillet cool slightly.
  5. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add fresh rosemary, then add brown sugar and chicken broth, stirring until well combined.
  7. Return the ribs to the skillet, coat them with sauce, and add more rosemary on top.
  8. Roast the ribs in the oven for 7-10 minutes; switch to broil for an extra 1-2 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, let rest, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
