Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Mix until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut into triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle, fold over, pinch edges to seal, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with panko if desired.
  5. Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, add milk and cream, and stir in Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create sauce.
