- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop portions of the dough onto it, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Remove and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Enjoy your cookies warm with a glass of milk!
