  • 1/2 cup Ketchup or barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Allow the Braunschweiger and cream cheese to reach room temperature, about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened Braunschweiger, cream cheese, ketchup, onion, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix everything together until well integrated and creamy.
  5. Transfer mixture to a stand mixer and blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Transfer the dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
  7. Serve the chilled dip cold with crackers or vegetable sticks.
