  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground is recommended.

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh lemon juice preferred for best flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Take a whole head of garlic, slice off the top, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap tightly in foil.
  3. Place washed and trimmed peppers on a baking sheet alongside the wrapped garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, cool slightly, then peel the skins from the peppers and squeeze the garlic out.
  5. In a food processor, blend roasted peppers, garlic, feta cheese, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning, then transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil, add honey, sprinkle chili flakes, and garnish with thyme.
