- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the Passover noodles and cook for about 6–8 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water to remove excess starch.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed noodles with the defrosted broccoli cuts and mayonnaise. Stir gently until everything is well coated.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (about 180°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or olive oil. Pour the noodle mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Carefully place the kugel in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 5–10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
