  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for heat
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast as vegan option
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear cabbage wedges for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove cabbage and add butter, followed by red onion. Sauté until onion is soft.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
  6. Deglaze the skillet with broth and whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  9. Nestle cabbage back in the skillet, cover, and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Uncover, baste with sauce, and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  11. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
