- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear cabbage wedges for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove cabbage and add butter, followed by red onion. Sauté until onion is soft.
- Add garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
- Deglaze the skillet with broth and whisk in cream cheese until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Nestle cabbage back in the skillet, cover, and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover, baste with sauce, and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
