- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it lightly with cooking oil.
- Cook the regular-cut bacon in a skillet over medium heat until just under crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- Arrange frozen phyllo cups on the baking sheet. Fill each cup with half a teaspoon of brown sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Add chopped bacon.
- Sprinkle remaining brown sugar on top and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and caramel is bubbling.
