Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the curly kale under cold running water. Pat dry and remove tough stems. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Drizzle some dressing over the kale and massage for 1-2 minutes until tender.
