Storage Tips

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • silicone molds

Method

Preparation Instructions
  1. Begin by heating ¼ cup of honey in a small saucepan over low heat until warm. Add 1 tablespoon of food-grade dried lavender buds and stir gently. Let steep for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with the lavender-infused honey, scraping any buds from the honey. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or small cups, filling them to the top. Tap gently on the counter to remove air bubbles. Freeze for at least 4 hours until set.
  4. Prepare 2 ripe peaches by washing, pitting, and slicing into wedges. Set aside.
  5. Once the yogurt cups are frozen, remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Gently unmold and layer with peach slices.
  6. Drizzle extra honey over the cups and garnish with additional lavender or mint. Serve during summer for a delightful treat.
