Method

Directions
  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Assemble the Tortillas: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around edges. Fold tightly, ensuring filling is enclosed.
  3. Freeze the Filled Tortillas: Place rolled tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 1 hour.
  4. Slice the Frozen Tortillas: Remove from freezer and slice each roll into spirals, about 1 inch thick.
  5. Heat the Butter: In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  6. Sauté the Bites: Place the sliced bites in the skillet and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Create the Cinnamon Sugar Coating: Mix the remaining Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  8. Serve and Enjoy: Remove bites from the skillet, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture while warm, and serve.
