Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Once frothy, add all-purpose flour, salt, and dried Italian herbs. Mix in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Grease a clean bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  5. After rising, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf or place it in a greased bread pan.
  6. Let the shaped dough rise for another 30 minutes.
