- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Mash in the roasted garlic and whisk in the flour. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Season and stir in Parmesan.
- Take your refrigerated pizza dough out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- Dust your work surface with cornmeal and gently stretch and shape the dough into a 14-inch circle.
- Spread the roasted garlic sauce over the shaped dough. Layer with shredded chicken and red onion. Add mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the assembled pizza onto the hot baking stone and bake for 8–12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
