Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Mash in the roasted garlic and whisk in the flour. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Season and stir in Parmesan.
  2. Take your refrigerated pizza dough out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  3. Dust your work surface with cornmeal and gently stretch and shape the dough into a 14-inch circle.
  4. Spread the roasted garlic sauce over the shaped dough. Layer with shredded chicken and red onion. Add mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the assembled pizza onto the hot baking stone and bake for 8–12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
