- Make Garlic Butter: Melt 8 tablespoons of Land O’Lakes® Salted Butter in a bowl, press 6-8 cloves of minced garlic into the butter, and mix in 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs.
- Prep the Bread: Slice a large Italian loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides.
- Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F) and allow it to warm up for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the Bread: Place the bread halves, butter-side up, on the grates and grill for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and Grill: Carefully flip the bread halves so the buttered side is down and grill for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and Serve: Remove the garlic bread from the grill, let it cool for a minute, slice if desired, and serve hot.
