  • 1/3 cup Hardened Coconut Oil Vegan butter can also be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Water Add if the mixture seems too dry.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your ramekins with coconut oil.
  2. In a food processor, combine oats, pistachios, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until blended with a coarse texture.
  3. Add hardened coconut oil and pulse until the mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add water if necessary to hold together.
  4. In a bowl, mix strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Let sit for a few minutes. Divide filling among ramekins.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble over the strawberries and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving. Pair with vegan ice cream or coconut whipped cream.
