- Add hardened coconut oil and pulse until the mix resembles coarse crumbs. Add water if necessary to hold together.
- In a bowl, mix strawberries with balsamic vinegar. Let sit for a few minutes. Divide filling among ramekins.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the strawberries and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving. Pair with vegan ice cream or coconut whipped cream.
