- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date to create a pocket for stuffing.
- Stuff each date with 1 to 2 teaspoons of softened goat cheese.
- Mix walnuts, rosemary, orange zest and juice, cinnamon, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Spoon the walnut mixture over each stuffed date.
- Roast the dates in the oven for 15 minutes until soft and the topping is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm or at room temperature.
- Drizzle with hot honey just before serving for an extra kick.
