Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's Food Cake Mix, melted butter, eggs, and water. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Fold in the 8 ounces of Reese's Minis into the batter carefully.
  3. Spray the bottom and sides of the slow cooker with cooking oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker.
  5. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set to high heat, cooking for approximately 2 hours.
  6. While the cake is cooking, microwave 1 cup of peanut butter until melted and smooth, then stir in 4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar.
  7. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the cake while it's still warm, and garnish with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
