- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's Food Cake Mix, melted butter, eggs, and water. Whisk until well blended.
- Fold in the 8 ounces of Reese's Minis into the batter carefully.
- Spray the bottom and sides of the slow cooker with cooking oil.
- Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set to high heat, cooking for approximately 2 hours.
- While the cake is cooking, microwave 1 cup of peanut butter until melted and smooth, then stir in 4 tablespoons of confectioners sugar.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the cake while it's still warm, and garnish with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
