  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 medium Jalapeños Diced
  • 1 cup Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions Chopped
Optional Toppings
  • 1 egg Egg Wash For brushing before baking
  • 1 cup Sour Cream or Ranch Dip For serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, jalapeños, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Spread the filling over the rolled-out puff pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and seal the seam.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes.
  8. Let the pinwheels cool slightly before serving with dip.
