Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper to create a flavorful Italian seasoning blend.
  2. Heat approximately 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C). Carefully add wonton wrappers in small batches, frying for about 30 seconds or until golden brown and crisp.
  3. In a separate heated skillet, remove casing from the Italian sausage and crumble into the pan. Cook for about 8 minutes until browned.
  4. Lay pepperoni slices on a baking sheet and broil for about 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  5. On a large baking sheet, arrange the crispy wonton chips, then sprinkle cooked sausage, broiled pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese has melted and is bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and spoon dollops of ricotta over the nachos, then sprinkle with pepperoncini and parsley. Serve with marinara sauce.
