- Begin by microwaving the Biscoff spread for about 10 seconds to soften it, making it easier to mix.
- In a mason jar or a bowl, add rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour in the melted Biscoff spread along with almond milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Cover your jar or bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
- While waiting, prepare your toppings by washing and slicing any fresh strawberries or bananas, and crush some Biscoff biscuits.
- When ready to enjoy, stir the contents of your jar and layer the oats in a bowl with yogurt and your fresh fruit and crushed biscuits on top.
