For the Toppings
  • 2 pieces Biscoff Biscuits Substitute with any cookie you love.
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Swap for bananas or seasonal fruits.
  • 1 banana Banana Slices add natural sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1 cup Yogurt Consider flavored yogurt for an extra kick!

Method
 

Directions
  1. Begin by microwaving the Biscoff spread for about 10 seconds to soften it, making it easier to mix.
  2. In a mason jar or a bowl, add rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour in the melted Biscoff spread along with almond milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Cover your jar or bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
  4. While waiting, prepare your toppings by washing and slicing any fresh strawberries or bananas, and crush some Biscoff biscuits.
  5. When ready to enjoy, stir the contents of your jar and layer the oats in a bowl with yogurt and your fresh fruit and crushed biscuits on top.
