  • 1 cup seasonal fruits (pomegranate seeds, blackberries) For color and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine a mix of nuts, Medjool dates, coconut oil, and water. Pulse until it forms a sticky dough.
  3. Press the nut mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the tart tin.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a Bain-marie until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
  6. Whisk in coconut cream and maple syrup until combined, creating a creamy filling.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Decorate with seasonal toppings like pomegranate seeds and mint leaves before serving.
  10. Let the tart sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
