Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone in for 30 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and roll out your pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over the rolled dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce evenly.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese and dollop ricotta around the pizza.
  6. Bake pizza in the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza after removing from the oven.
  8. Add fresh basil and red pepper flakes as finishing touches, slice, and serve.
