  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder fresh
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Protein Powder or substitute with vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to balance flavor
  • 1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt thicker variety preferred
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese block-style preferred
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 number Egg optional for egg wash
  • to taste Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Incorporate the Greek yogurt into the dry mixture and knead the dough until sticky but cohesive.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll them into smooth balls.
  5. Flatten each dough ball, add cream cheese in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
  6. Brush with egg wash if using, and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  7. Arrange the bites in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from air fryer and cool on a wire rack for a couple of minutes before serving.
