Preparation Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt. Stir until well-blended.
- Incorporate the Greek yogurt into the dry mixture and knead the dough until sticky but cohesive.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll them into smooth balls.
- Flatten each dough ball, add cream cheese in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
- Brush with egg wash if using, and sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Arrange the bites in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and cool on a wire rack for a couple of minutes before serving.
