- Prepare the Banana Filling: Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups of instant banana pudding mix and 2 cups of milk, mixing until thickened—about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Layer the Ingredients: In a 10x7-inch baking dish, lay down a layer of ladyfingers. Pour half of the banana cream mixture over the ladyfingers and drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
