- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend the wet ingredients: bananas, cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients: add oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon (if using), and sea salt. Blend gently.
- Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the lined loaf pan and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 45–48 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
