Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken strips in a mixing bowl with soy sauce and olive oil, season and let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Parboil chopped potatoes in salted boiling water for 8 minutes, then drain.
  3. Sauté the parboiled potatoes in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken in the same skillet until browned on each side.
  5. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, cook until fragrant, then add reserved marinade.
