Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Fried S’mores Bombs
  1. Prepare the oil by pouring vegetable or canola oil into a deep frying pan, filling it about three inches deep. Heat to 350°F.
  2. While the oil heats, flatten a Pillsbury biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick. Place a square of chocolate and 2-3 mini marshmallows in the center.
  3. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing tightly to enclose completely.
  4. Once the oil is at 350°F, gently place one or two sealed biscuits in the hot oil, frying for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bombs from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
