- Prepare the oil by pouring vegetable or canola oil into a deep frying pan, filling it about three inches deep. Heat to 350°F.
- While the oil heats, flatten a Pillsbury biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick. Place a square of chocolate and 2-3 mini marshmallows in the center.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, sealing tightly to enclose completely.
