  5. Pour in dry white wine and turn up the heat to medium-high; let reduce by half.
  6. Sprinkle in all-purpose flour while stirring continuously for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock, and bay leaf; bring to a gentle boil.
  8. Cook gnocchi in boiling water according to package instructions.
  9. Fold cooked gnocchi into the skillet with sauce, ensuring they are well-coated.
