  • 1 cup Pineapple (Fresh or Frozen) chopped
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy) almond, oat, or coconut milk recommended
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup) adjust based on pineapple sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract to taste

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients and tools. Wash spinach and chop pineapple into chunks.
  2. Pour in the milk base into the blender.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the milk in the blender.
  4. Blend initial liquid ingredients together until combined.
  5. Add spinach to the blender and blend until fully incorporated.
  6. Incorporate pineapple and sweetener, then blend briefly.
  7. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
  8. Check the consistency; add more milk if needed and blend briefly.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
