Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine 2 frozen bananas, ½ cup cold brew coffee concentrate, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 soft Medjool dates, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, slowly add more almond milk, about ¼ cup at a time, while blending until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Add about 1 cup of ice to the blender and blend on high for another 15-20 seconds until the ice is completely crushed and incorporated.
  4. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and chocolate shavings on top, and serve immediately.
