Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and chop fresh pineapple into small chunks, about 2 cups.

  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, using a spoon to press down.

  5. Fill each glass with ½ cup of ice and pour the strained mixture over the ice.
