- Gather your ingredients: frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sugar or honey, and vanilla extract.
- In your blender, combine 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar (or honey), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds.
- Check the consistency and add more strawberries for thickness or a splash of coconut milk if too thick.
- Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes before pouring.
