Step-by-Step Instructions for Dragon Fruit Lemonade
- Slice the fresh dragon fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Juice the lemons using a citrus juicer and measure about a cup of lemon juice. Strain through a fine mesh.
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup erythritol with 1 cup water. Bring to a gentle boil and stir until erythritol dissolves. Let cool.
- In a pitcher, combine dragon fruit puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Gradually add 3-4 cups of water to taste.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices and chunks of dragon fruit.
