Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 ounces of softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam, 2 teaspoons of milk, and ¾ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Slice the bread into even pieces, about a half-inch thick. Aim for at least 8 slices to create four sandwiches.
  3. Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture evenly onto each slice of bread.
  4. Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Slice into thin rounds.
  5. Layer slices of strawberry on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread pieces, then top with remaining slices.
  6. Optionally, cut shapes using a cookie cutter, or leave whole and slice into quarters before serving.
