Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 ounces of softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of strawberry jam, 2 teaspoons of milk, and ¾ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Slice the bread into even pieces, about a half-inch thick. Aim for at least 8 slices to create four sandwiches.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture evenly onto each slice of bread.
- Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Slice into thin rounds.
- Layer slices of strawberry on top of the cream cheese on half of the bread pieces, then top with remaining slices.
- Optionally, cut shapes using a cookie cutter, or leave whole and slice into quarters before serving.
- Serve immediately on a platter, arranging neatly for a delightful appeal.

Notes
Ensure to not overload the sandwiches to prevent sogginess. Assemble ahead, but combine just before serving for freshness.
