  • 12 rolls Pull-apart Dinner Rolls use homemade or store-bought like King's Hawaiian
  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter for brushing and sautéing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Cooked Lobster Meat
For the Filling
  • 1/4 cup Extra Garlic Chive Butter reserved for lobster

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the pull-apart rolls side by side on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Hollow out the tops of each roll using a serrated knife, leaving the bottoms intact.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and grated garlic until smooth.
  5. Brush the garlic chive butter inside and outside each roll, saving some for the lobster.
  6. Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Toss the warm lobster meat with the reserved garlic chive butter.
  8. Fill each hollowed roll with the buttery lobster mixture and garnish with additional chives.
