- Arrange the pull-apart rolls side by side on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Hollow out the tops of each roll using a serrated knife, leaving the bottoms intact.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and grated garlic until smooth.
- Brush the garlic chive butter inside and outside each roll, saving some for the lobster.
- Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
