Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of quick oats, 1 cup of non-dairy milk, and 3 tablespoons of pistachio butter in a bowl. Add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
  2. Add in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of matcha powder. Mix thoroughly until chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats, adding more non-dairy milk for desired consistency if needed.
  5. Serve in bowls, topping with vegan yogurt, chopped pistachios, and fresh raspberries.
