Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak mussels in cold water for 20 minutes to clean.

  4. Stir in white miso paste and chopped tomato; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth, fish sauce, and mirin; bring to a boil.
  6. Add cleaned mussels, cover, and steam for 10 minutes until opened.
  7. Stir in cooking cream and butter; adjust seasoning as needed.
