- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cold cubed unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and all-purpose flour until it resembles pea-sized crumbs.
- Firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom of the greased baking pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans over the baked crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the toppings in the pan.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 18 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about an hour.
