  • ¾ tsp Fine Sea Salt Use regular table salt, reducing the amount if desired.
For the Filling
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Stick with this instead of evaporated milk.
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Use dark chocolate for a more intense flavor.
For the Topping
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes Consider desiccated coconut for a finer consistency.
  • ¼ tsp Fine Sea Salt A pinch goes a long way!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8"x8" baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine fine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the crust, sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of salt on top, and scatter chocolate chips and coconut flakes.
  4. Lightly press toppings into the condensed milk layer with a fork.
  5. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes or until the coconut turns golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool for 30 minutes, and cut into bars.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Coconut Chocolate Bars!

Notes
