  1. Start by patting dry shrimp to remove excess moisture. Mince shrimp until paste-like, then combine with salt, white pepper, sugar, garlic, green onions, sesame seeds, egg white, and corn starch in a bowl.
  2. Trim crusts off white bread slices. Spread shrimp paste on one slice and top with another to form a sandwich. Repeat until all are prepared.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for about 5 minutes. Air fry sandwiches for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes until golden.
