  5. Whisk flour into chicken broth until smooth. Pour mixture into the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream, cooking for 2 minutes.
  7. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  8. Ladle the stroganoff over egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
