- In a large bowl, whisk together full-fat coconut milk, heavy whipping cream, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in the sweetened coconut flakes into the creamy mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the coconut mixture into ice pop molds, filling each well to about ¾ full. Tap gently on the counter to release air bubbles.
- Cover the molds with their lids, insert the sticks, and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
