Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your mixing bowls and baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and optional nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, and Greek yogurt, then gradually mix in the vegetable oil.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring just until combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan, dollop the cream cheese filling over it, and top with the remaining batter.
  6. In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon for the streusel topping, then sprinkle over the cake batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool for about 15-20 minutes and then drizzle with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
