Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheese Stuffed Pretzels
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in warm water until a smooth dough forms, about 5 minutes of kneading.
  2. Gently punch down the dough and divide it into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a 20-inch long rope, shape into a pretzel, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil and stir in baking soda. Boil each pretzel for 30 seconds.
  4. Cut small slits on top of each pretzel and stuff with cheese.
