Instructions for Chai Snickerdoodle Puppy Chow
- Prepare the Chai Spice Mix by combining desired amounts of cinnamon, nutmeg, and additional spices. Whisk together until blended and set aside.
- Choose your preferred coating sugar, either coarse or powdered sugar, and place it in a shallow bowl for easy access.
- Melt the white chocolate and SunButter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Once melted, gently fold in the cereal until coated, then add the chai spice mix and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a ziplock bag with your chosen coating sugar, seal, and shake to coat the cereal clusters.
- Spread the coated mixture on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Break the chilled puppy chow into clusters and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
