Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Season the beef short ribs with salt and pepper on all sides.

  5. Place the seared short ribs in a single layer within a baking dish.
  6. Pour the marinade evenly over the ribs, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

  8. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), remove the foil, and return the ribs to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes.
